Wills and Probate

We advise all of our clients to organise their affairs by making a will and a Lasting Power of Attorney.

Where you do not make a will or a Lasting Power of Attorney, those closest to you may need assistance in dealing with your affairs.

Our Wills and Probate department can assist you and your family in the following areas:

Making or amending your will
Making a Lasting Power of Attorney
Obtaining a Grant of Probate or administering the estate of someone who has died
Obtaining a deputyship order from the Court of Protection to look after the affairs of someone who is not capable of doing so themselves
