Time Scales
The time it takes for a transaction to proceed from an accepted offer to completion varies in each case. Our conveyancing team aims to complete matters as expeditiously as possible, but unfortunately a specific timescale cannot be given as there is no certainty in timescales when there are other parties involved.
Conveyancing Fees and Disbursements
Please note disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Official Copies to HM Land Registry. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process.
