Lucy studied for both her Degree and Legal Practice Course in Leeds. She attained a 2:1 Law Degree and successfully completed her Legal Practice Course.

Lucy trained with Terrells and qualified on 1 August 2007. At 23 she was one of the youngest Solicitors in the country to qualify.

Lucy specialises in all aspects of family law dealing with publicly funded and private clients. The majority of her caseload is dealing with private Children Act proceedings to include Child Arrangements, Prohibited Steps and Specific Issue Orders. In addition, Lucy deals with a large volume of divorce and separation cases which include Financial Remedy applications. Furthermore, Lucy acts on behalf of clients in relation to Non-Molestation Orders, Occupation Orders and Civil Injunctions.

Lucy is a competent advocate representing clients throughout the Court process up to Final Hearings. She has appeared before various Courts across the country. Lucy undertakes fixed fee schemes for privately paying clients should this be applicable to ensure that costs are clear and defined.

Lucy is a Partner at Terrells LLP and having been brought up in Peterborough, she has an extensive knowledge of the local area and good business connections.

Lucy is an accredited Resolution Specialist member in the areas of private law children and domestic abuse.
