Roger Terrell qualified as a Solicitor in February 1980 and established his firm in Peterborough in May 1988.
Since that time, he has established a reputation as an experienced litigation lawyer and accomplished advocate before District and Circuit Judges in the Family Court.
Roger has a wide range of experience of all aspects of family law, in particular representing high net worth clients in divorce, financial remedy proceedings and disputes relating to children. He has developed a particular specialism in paternity fraud cases having represented Richard Rodwell and Andrew Phillips in high profile cases which have featured in the national media and their cases were covered by the Daily Mail, Daily Telegraph and the Mail On Sunday.
Roger is the only Solicitor in Peterborough practising in family law who is accredited to the prestigious Law Society Family Law Panel Advanced. He is also a member of Resolution.
In 2012 Roger published his autobiography about his 25 years in the legal profession entitled, “An Unusual Brief – The Life and Times of a High Street Lawyer”.
Roger is a keen football and cricket follower and enjoys food, wine and travel. He is married with two adult children, one of whom, Lucy, is a Solicitor and Partner in the firm.
